"So what did he actually accuse you of then?"
A complete list of every failed, crackpot allegation Paisley has made against me over the last two years.
People keep asking me what exactly Paisley was accusing me of. The answer is “quite a lot of things.” Some things are genuinely hilarious (read on for details how “happy Christmas” can count as libel). Some are scary, carrying long prison sentences. This is the complete list of everything I’ve been accused of by Paisley, via various channels - first Twitter, then threatening legal letters, then accusations to the police, then more legal letters, then a High Court Writ and pleadings.
All these allegations have all been dropped - they were all; without basis in reality (for example, I did not accuse Paisley of being a child molester); without basis in law (there is no way to breach somebody’s right to life using only your twitter account); or regarding things I am entitled in the law to say and do (truth is a complete defence against libel).
The astute reader may recognise by the sheer range and number of allegations that Paisley was not citing specific instances of behaviour by which he felt aggrieved - but was instead, employing a scattergun method, attempting to win a war of attrition, slinging legal mud, through various channels, in the hope that something, anything, would stick.
I intend to publish my (completely successful) defences to these allegations over the next few days for the simple reason that I think they will be useful to those wanting to demonstrate queer theory is a predator’s charter, and utterly incompatible with child safeguarding.
So here’s the list - if you’re interested.
